The Villa is built on two levels, with a large ground-floor living area and two covered terraces. There are two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms on the ground floor and three more bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms on the first floor, including two master bedrooms.

Ground Floor

A spacious open-space living area blending contemporary style with Tuscan tradition displaying a modern kitchen with a spacious snack area, a round dining table for ten and two lounge areas, one in which to enjoy the traditional travertine fireplace and another for watching TV. Two ensuite bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds joinable on demand.

First Floor

A beautiful corten steel staircase leads to the first floor featuring three bedrooms: two 50 square metre double ensuite master bedrooms with breath-taking views and double ensuite bedroom.

Covered Terraces

The villa boasts two covered terraces, one adjacent to the living room displaying a comfortable sofa area overlooking the garden and one connected to the kitchen with a rectangular table sitting twelve people, a lounge area and a BBQ.
