BOOKING
The Villa is open for reservations from late March till the end of October. Minimum stay is one week, Saturday to Saturday. We do not host events or weddings.

The villa is closed for reservations during the Winter Season
Services included:
- Concierge service: assistance during your stay, arrangement of activities and transfers, grocery and cooking service…
- Villa pre-stocked with grocery essentials and bathroom toiletries.
- Welcome basket (coffee, milk, bread, eggs, cheese, cured meet, fresh fruit, cantucci, olive oil and Rosso di Montalcino).
- Daily maid service (4 h.) except Sundays and mid-week towel and linen change.
- Final cleaning
- Electricity, water and air conditioning and EV charge.
- Visitor’s tax.
Extras:
- Heating: charge upon consumption.
- Pets : up to 2 dogs/cats at a charge of 15 € per day each.
- Extra cleaning : 25 €/H.
- Grocery Shopping : 50 €.
- Breakfast service: 20 € p.p. plus grocery ticket.
- Pool heating: 700 € p.w. The temperature of the water can be heavily influenced by the season and weather conditions, we aim to guarantee a minimum temperature of: 24/25 degrees Celsius (75 / 77 F.) in April till mid-May and 26/27 degrees Celsius (79/81 F.) from mid-May till the end of Oct.

DIRECTIONS
Villa il Poggino is located 5 minutes away from Buonconvento, 30 minutes by car from Siena and 90 minutes from Florence airport.
Transfers are organized upon request.
