The Villa has two covered loggias: one adjacent to the kitchen with a big dining table for 12, a gas barbecue and a lounge area, and another loggia adjacent to the living room, with a view over the garden and the hills and a double ten-person sofa. The garden surrounding the farmhouse contains a 500 square metre pool area, containing a 14 metre by 6 metre infinity pool surrounded by a vast wooden pool deck and two gazebos, each of which contains five deck chairs. The pool area is designed to offer guests an outdoor living experience, with a corten dining table for 12 and an outdoor kitchen including an induction cooker, a teppanyaki plate, a sink and a fridge. The pool area also boasts a lounge area with a brazier and deck chairs for watching the sun set. A hedge separates the pool area from the play area, which includes an 18 metre by 3 metre bocce court.
